Why this file exists
  data.csv carries no licence text in-file on purpose: a comment or licence
  row at the top of a CSV is data to most parsers, and would break a plain
  read of the file. The licence therefore travels three other ways, and this
  file is one of them: in data.json's own metadata block, in the Dataset
  schema on the report page (at dataset level and on each distribution), and
  here, next to the files themselves for anyone who downloads the CSV alone.

How the numbers were counted
  The method, the scoring formula and the caveats are published in full at
  https://answerable.com.au/technology/ and in the methodology section of
  the report page. Medians for even-sized samples are reported as the upper
  of the two middle values.
